'Inspiring Passion, Fulfilling Potential'

I am delighted to introduce my new Coaching Programme for 2021, for students aged 12 years and over. The Coaching Programme is designed to challenge, inspire and accelerate aspiring students who wish to refine and increase their classical skill levels.

*The Coaching Programme is completely independent and not affiliated with any school.

*Acceptance is upon successful audition.

The Training - Vaganova Method

The Vaganova method is the training style most internationally renowned full time ballet schools teach. This is not a syllabus of set classes, but  a way of teaching that produces the beautiful use of the upper body with liquid like extensions, that we see in Companies today.

I feel that it is so important that students wishing to attend one of these prestigious institutions, start to train in this method at an earlier age.

Along with a dedicated a pointe class that allows for a methodical and comprehensive approach, and Variations lessons, students are provided with  vital knowledge and skills that allows them greater opportunities in the future.

The Friday Coaching Programme runs every fortnight and is a great taster for students heading towards full time training, enabling them to develop the skills and stamina to cope with a full day of training.

9-9.45am Classical Conditioning/Warm up

10-11.30am Technical (Vaganova Based) Class

11.30-12.30pm  Pointe/Male Coaching

1-2pm Variations or Repertoire

2-2.30pm Stretch or Information sessions

When possible, the programme will have guest teachers for classes in ballet as well as in contemporary.

*Private Coaching is available for competition and audition preparation (at an additional fee).

*Letters of recommendation can be provided for schools if required.
